2. Trading Cards and Collectibles

Due to the volatility of the trading card market and the risk of product tampering (such as resealed packs or swapped cards), we cannot accept returns on any Pokémon cards, TCG products, or sealed collectibles. Ensuring the integrity and authenticity of our products for all customers is our top priority.

3. Footwear and Apparel

To guarantee that all sneakers and shoes sold are 100% authentic and in unworn condition, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer's remorse, or any other reason. Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item or an item that was heavily damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos of the damaged shipping box, the item itself, and the packing slip. We evaluate these situations on a case-by-case basis to find a fair resolution, such as a replacement or store credit.

5. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it immediately begins processing to ensure fast shipping. Because of this, we are unable to cancel orders or modify them after payment has been completed.
